 PLEASE READ before making a booking as we want you to be fully informed prior to booking

 

˜ All prices are subject to change prior to deposit being made, but guaranteed not to change after a deposit is paid.

˜ Public Holidays, Block-Out Periods & School Holidays may attract an extra charge.

˜ Price includes approximately 30 minutes travel time from Erskine Park.

˜ Fees for Travelling, Tolls & Parking may be required . This fee will be advised in your confirmation email or  PLEASE call us for a quote

˜ Please book early for school or public holiday periods to avoid disappointment.

˜ Starz Party Clowns reserves the right to change or delete any package at any time.

˜ We accept payment by PayPal, credit card, bank account transfer/deposit & cash. Cheques will incur a surcharge     of $10 per cheque and must be received at least 7 days prior to your booking date. We do not accept cheques on   the day except by prior arrangement. NO EXCEPTIONS

Booking & Payment Process

1. Click “Book Now” and complete the booking form with you selections.

 

2. Upon completion of a booking form, you will be given the option to make payment immediately by PayPal account or Credit Card. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm all bookings.  You may also make your deposit by Bank transfer/deposit and our banking details will be sent to you by email with your booking confirmation.

 

3. You will receive an automated email response after submitting the form and confirmation of your booking by email within 24 hours. Plus we’ll give you a call if we haven’t already spoken with you in person.

 

You may choose to pay the full amount now or pay the balance in cash to your Starz children’s entertainer upon arrival at your event.

 

Payment Methods

Payments made by Credit Card using our on-line checkout are made via the PayPal system. PayPal is used by millions of Australians and is a safe and secure method of payment via the internet. We do not see your credit card or banking details at anytime and it is fee free for you. Please ensure you provide a valid email address when making payment to receive a receipt from PayPal.

 

Internet Banking Transfers can be made to our account, which will be provided in your booking confirmation Email. Please ensure you add the reference number provided when making your payment to avoid confusion and delay in receiving your payment.   Clearance of your payment can take up to 5 business days but usually within 2-3 days depending on your bank.

 

PayPal account is the fastest and easiest method of payment, simply log-in at the checkout and make your payment from your desired account. Please ensure you add a note stating the booking name and the date of your booking.
